Teamlead Data Management Delivery Backend

The Team Lead will be responsible for the operation, support and improvement of the Windchill systems from Continental Automotive and ContiTech supporting the Product Data development processes for:

- Creo, Catia, UG NX, SolidWorks and Zuken Data Management
- Component Life Cycle Management (CLMS)
- Electronic Component Management
- Product Structure and BOM Management.
- Engineering Change and Release Management
- Software to SAP Release Management
- Data transfer along the value chain, in direction of SAP

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

- Managing an international Operations Backend team
- Coordination of capacity planning, security compliance and continuity management
- Oversee Backend Service Operations following an ITIL framework (ITSM)
- Coordinating Backend management for incidents, problems, tasks, changes within SLA given KPIs
- Continuously improving the IT landscape, processes, and policies
- Collaborating across departments to deliver services to customers
- Responsibility for the deployment, configuration and build of new, old and development systems
- Developing and implementing planning, controlling and monitoring systems, cleaning up identified vulnerabilities, and optimizing system performance
- Driving together with the Domain Architect future system innovations
