**This position reports to**:
Global Head of Smart Lab

**Your role and responsibilities**:
You will be working as Smart Lab Intrapreneur and will be reporting to the Global Head of Smart Lab. As part of the global and international Smart lab team, you will play a critical role in supporting our innovation projects. You’ll take a holistic view of how we operate, ensuring that our processes are efficient, collaborative, and aligned with our business goals. Your primary focus will be on practically driving innovation through agile methodologies while fostering a user-centered approach. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion business area in Germany You will be mainly accountable for: - Help teams adapt to changing requirements and improve their delivery processes. - Ensure smooth project execution as Scrum Master - facilitate Scrum events and coach the team on Scrum practices, roles, and ceremonies. - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the backlog. - Guide the team in adopting agile principles and practices as Agile Coach. Advocate for user-centric design and customer value. - Continuously assess and enhance our innovation processes, propose actionable solutions. - Work closely with intrapreneurs, business designers, project leads, and engineers. - Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing. Facilitate communication and knowledge exchange across the team. - Living ABB’s core values of health, safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

**Qualifications for the role**:
