Ihre Aufgaben- Leitung der Gruppe Service-/Kundenschulungen für EUV- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter- Operative Steuerung von Service-/Kundenschulungen für EUV- Steuerung von e-Content-Entwicklung / Produktion für EUV-Schulungen- Neukonzeption von Schulungen bzw. Schulungsinhalten (Präsenzschulungen, Online-Training und E-Learning)- Vertretung des Schulungszentrums in den Entwicklungsprojekten- Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Schulungs-/ Kursziele und Sicherstellung der Kursqualität- Beschaffung von Maschinen und Schulungsinventar- Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen und den Kunden in Englisch
Was wir suchen- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation Techniker/in oder Meister/in oder ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder didaktisches Studium- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Schulung und Weiterbildung sowie erste Führungserfahrung- Sicheres und kundenorientiertes Auftreten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise- Konzeptionsstärke, Analyse
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit- Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative sowie hohe Leistungsbereitschaft- Reisebereitschaft und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
