**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Study and understand the contract requirement, both technically and w.r.t. documentation (Track payment milestones, delivery dates, etc)
- Understand project specific templates and intended requirements
- Prepare final documentation to customer as per contract
- Verify technical content and format every time before passing from one stakeholder to another
- Develop Request for quotation document
- Distribute the documents received to respective disciplines
- Follow up with supplier to expedite the work
- Verify technical content received from suppliers against the specifications
- Arrange for inspection at various stages as per Inspection & Test Plan

**Required Skills**:

- Basic Electrical domain & HVDC knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of Energy value chain from generation - distribution - consumption.
- Knowledge of other engineering disciplines and their inter-dependencies.
- Good understanding and knowledge of equipment’s like Transformer, Switchgear
- Microsoft Office tools
- PLM tools
- Good Communication skills - Makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens effectively; clarifies information as needed.
- Project management experience
- Ability to handle discussions / communications independently
- Works in a Collaborative environment
