We are an early-stage startup in Berlin that helps fashion brands & retailers gain access to the resale market for their products. Using our recommence-as-a-service solution, brands can launch resale programs that allow consumers to shop & trade-in pre-owned, refurbished products.
Aufgaben
- you will lead, coach and manage a team of Customer Support Specialists
- you will drive continuous development and performance management of your team
- you will own the development and optimization of processes, workflows in and around our customer service tool Zendesk
- you will own the development and optimization of processes, and workflows in and around our customer service tool Zendesk
Qualifikation
- you love helping people and don't stop short before you find a solution that makes a customer happy
- 2-3 years work experience managing customer support teams
- you have experience in setting up and improving Zendesk setups
- analytical skills
- fluent in German & English
- you are familiar with common customer support KPIs
