Together we are on an exciting growth journey and want to successfully shape the future of STADA.- **Director External Supply Operations (f/m/d)** - Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Fix-term | Procurement & Supply Chain | Management / Executives- **What you can expect** - You will lead the global supplier management team to ensure effective supplier relationships. - You'll ensure product delivery from the CMOs as and when required. - You will create and implement external manufacturing organization management policies, including ongoing contractual oversight through Monthly Business Reviews. - You will establish a strategic rapport with third-party suppliers and be the primary point of contact for all business collaborations through the team. - You will establish and implement regular performance reviews with senior suppliers to identify areas of improvement. - You will drive continuous improvement of business relationships. - Your risks management strategies will proactively identify supply risks and minimize potential impacts. - You will lead all activities to manage and execute risk mitigation plans. - You will coordinate closely with internal stakeholders from various areas like Supply Chain, Quality, Launch and Transfer Management, Business Development, etc. - You will proactively evaluate sourcing conditions, challenge the Cost of Goods and identify optimization measures to keep cost-efficient operations. - You will ensure successful implementation of the sourcing strategy (launches, Site to Site transfers; in-sourcing). **Who we are looking for** - You should have a Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, or a related field. - You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with a focus on external supply organizations in the pharmaceutical industry. - You should possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards for pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products. - As an influential leader, you should be able to integrate operational and strategic business functions by establishing strong partnerships along the value chain. - You should have a proven track record in leading teams that have successfully negotiated supplies of products in high-demand markets. - Your successful track record should include developing and sustaining business relationships. - You should be able to contribute at a strategic business level to the success of the organization. **What we offer** - An open corporate culture with fast decision-making processes and a lot of potential for your personal development - Individual development and training opportunities - Flexible working hours and mobile working up to 2 days per week (depending on the job profile) - Job ticket for the RMV region and Job Bike - Childcare allowance - Health-promoting offers such as Wellpass or the STADA Gym (free of charge) - Numerous additional benefits such as group accident insurance or supplementary pension scheme - Subsidized cafeteria- STADA Group promotes its diverse culture, regardless of gender, age, social or ethnic origin, disabilities, religion, ideology or sexual orientation.
