We are looking for a **Collections Agent** for our** German and Austrian markets** to join our talented **Finance** team in **Berlin.**

**As a Collections Agent, you will**:

- Act as the voice of our company and take care of our customers for the German and Austrian
market
- Advise customers on their various payment plan options and negotiate the best suitable
payment plan
- Escalate complex cases
- Be the liaison between the business, customers and external agencies
- Handle customer queries
- Interact with other departments to find the best solutions

**What you bring with you**:

- German at native level and you can also communicate in our company language, English.
- A proactive attitude. You don't wait until someone else solves a problem, but often take
matters into your own hands
- Great communication and negotiations skills
- Highly adaptable - you are flexible and look forward to new challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Basis understanding of accounting principles
- Based in Berlin, Germany, or Remote in Europe.
