We are in search of a **Maintenance Technician** to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing smart locker hardware, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service for our clients.
**What will be your responsibilities**:
- Perform on-site mechanical repairs and troubleshoot to ensure the proper functioning of smart lockers;
- Conduct functional tests on units and repair low-voltage components;
- Verify and control the quality of electrical installations;
- Handle software fault reports remotely, coordinating with the technical team;
- Manage replacement and electronic testing using technical documentation;
- Document interventions, report results, and recommend improvements;
- Support deployment tasks including loading, installing, testing lockers, and organizing warehouse inventory.
**What are the requirements to join us in this position**:
- Good level of English and German;
- Proficiency in Excel and general data entry tasks;
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills;
- Excellent customer service skills, patience, and professionalism;
- Comfort with both hardware and software aspects of technology;
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
**Extra valued skills**:
- Technical vocational training or equivalent experience;
- Electrical certifications;
- Familiarity with startup culture.
