Als Gruppenführer unterstützt du die Ausbildung unserer haupt
- und nebenberuflichen Einsatzkräfte und bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Trainingsbereichs ein. Gleichzeitig übernimmst du Verantwortung im Einsatzdienst als Gruppenführer (B3) im 12h-Schichtsystem.

**What You'll Do**
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Ausbildungsmaßnahmen
- Durchführung von Unterrichtseinheiten und praktischen Trainingsinhalten
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Ausbildungsunterlagen und Konzepten
- Betreuung von Lehrgangsteilnehmenden und Auszubildenden während Theorie und Praxis
- Unterstützung bei Prüfungen und Leistungsnachweisen
- Mithilfe bei technischer und logistischer Vorbereitung von Trainingseinheiten
- Teilnahme an Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des Ausbildungsbereichs
- Einsatzdienst als Gruppenführer (12h-Schichtrhythmus)

**What You'll Bring**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im mittleren feuerwehrtechnischen Dienst mit erfolgreich absolviertem B3-Lehrgang (Gruppenführer)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einsatz
- und Ausbildungsdienst (wünschenswert)
- Interesse und Engagement für die Aus
- und Fortbildung im Feuerwehrdienst
- Pädagogisches Geschick und Freude an praxisnaher Wissensvermittlung
- Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Fortbildungen und zu flexiblen Einsätzen
- Uneingeschränkte Atemschutztauglichkeit
