In this pivotal position, you'll have the chance to guide the development of a cutting-edge Multibrand Publishing Framework, making impactful decisions that steer its technical direction. This is your opportunity to work in one of the most strategic projects in the company - a project that not only drives change and innovation across our organization but also shapes how content is managed and published across diverse brands.
- Drive the development and enhancement of our corporate open-source multi-brand publishing framework, ensuring it remains at the forefront of technological advancements and industry best practices
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of over 20 developers, product owners, quality engineers, and UX designers to meet business and technical objectives
- Serve as the technical expert and point of contact for the framework, making informed decisions to guide its evolution and ensure alignment with the overall product strategy
- Act as a bridge between the technical team the product owners and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
- Develop and maintain a clear roadmap for the framework's technical development, working closely with the product owners and other stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements
- Champion agile methodologies and practices within the team, promoting a collaborative and iterative approach to development
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively addressing challenges that may arise during the development process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team and continuously improving the framework's capabilities

**What we would expect from you...**:

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Product Owner or similar role, with a background in software development and architecture
- Hands-on experience with the development and maintenance of complex software products
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies, with a track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to influence and guide a diverse team towards a common goal
- Familiarity with modern development tools and project management software
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
