The Growth & Engagement Marketing team enables this by using the latest martech and best practices to enhance and improve our client’s digital experience and buying journey across all of our marketing channels.
Our challenge for the Paid Media Specialist will be to implement an ambitious calendar of advertising activities across a complex ecosystem of countries, audiences, and offerings, while effectively leveraging best practices and bringing a diverse set of internal clients into our evolving digital advertising journey.
**Your role**
We are looking for our next Paid Media Specialist based in our EMEA headquarter in Henley-on-Thames or in our London or Frankfurt am Main office. In this role you’ll handle the day-to-day activation and optimisation of our paid search, programmatic, and native advertising initiatives across EMEA campaigns and activities.

- Build, monitor, and report on advertising campaigns in the Google stack, especially DV360 and Campaign Manager
- Work with manager to ensure all paid media activations in remit follow internal channel strategy to best deliver campaign objectives against budget allocated, as well as to ensure a complementary approach with other channels
- Help evolve our approach to audience targeting, including working on strategic data projects to integrate first party data or other 3rd party tools
- Deliver post-campaign and activity reporting, with an emphasis on the findings drawn from the data which can be used to improve standard methodologies
- Work Experience Requirements:
- Hands on experience creating, building, and managing in programmatic, paid search, and native advertising. Previous experience of working with DV360 and Campaign Manager platforms preferable.
- Experience and understanding of targeting capabilities and standard methodologies within the paid media space.
- Experience working with multiple partners across different regions to resolve requirements and handle projects from consultation through activation and reporting.
- Know-how of analytics tools such as Google analytics, Adobe analytics and Tableau.
**Skills required**:
- Proven track record to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects that deliver value in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive interpersonal skills that quickly enable strong relationships with key business partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both oral and written (additional European languages a plus).
- Entrepreneurial self-starter that manages to diligently get stuff done with attention to detail.
- Open to incorporate valuable ideas contributed by others and help the team to set the standard.
- Ability and willingness to travel and work onsite with teams in EMEA.
