Tasks
- Issue RFx ( Request for Quotation, Request for Proposal etc) for quotations to approved suppliers with a clear definition of the required scope of work and coordinate the review of suppliers’ offers with Project Management in charge
- Coordinate obtaining all system approvals required to permit and implement purchase order placement
- Ensure 3 way-matching in Accounts Payable for payment to suppliers
- Review and understand on monthly basis cost management in the business
- Communicate with suppliers to check the delivery lead time
- Request for approval for new vendor registration to the ERP system
- Write annual vendor performance evaluation report to Head Quarter

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Business, Economics, Mathematics or related.
- Minimum 3-5 year practical working experience in procurement, supply chain management AND/OR in IT industry
- Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Application
- Fluent both German/English to work with all stakeholders including oral and written reporting
- Legally eligible to work in Germany
