**Your mission**:
GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic **Sr. Product Designer** to join our **Product Design Team** in **Berlin** to design experiences that empower photographers to work smarter, faster, and with confidence.

Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed across 5 countries, by the end of 2025.

As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated **Sr. Product Designer** to **simplify workflows**—from job creation to gallery publishing and communication—**boosting photographer efficiency**, increasing conversions, and enabling them to focus on what they love: capturing special moments.

**This is a one-year limited contract** covering maternity leave.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be part of the Photographer Workflow team and responsible for:

- ** Immersing yourself in user needs**:Conducting research, analyzing data, and gathering insights from photographers and consumers to uncover opportunities.
- ** Designing the best experience for customers**:Transforming complex challenges into simple, elegant solutions that redefine how people interact with and purchase photos.
- ** Bringing ideas to life**:Crafting engaging wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and polished designs in Figma—leveraging AI tools where appropriate to accelerate exploration, enhance iteration, and generate smarter, more scalable solutions.
- ** Championing collaboration**:Partnering with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life and maintain a consistent, scalable design system.
- ** Balancing business and user needs**:Optimizing for both usability and performance metrics—like increased sales, better conversion, and ease of setup.
- ** Shaping a strong design culture**:Engaging in design reviews, sharing insights, and continuously refining how we work as a team.

**We are looking for**:
You are an excellent product designer with a passion for user interfaces focusing on interaction and product design for digital products as well as user-centric design.

You have a structured way of thinking and a hands-on mentality.
- ** 4+ years of experience in product design** with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX and UI work.
- Simplifying, designing, and shipping **complex SaaS products.**
- Strong skills in **interaction design, user research, and usability testing**.
- Proficiency in Figma and design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability in designs.
- ** Comfortable leveraging AI tools**—such as Lovable, Gemini, ChatGPT, Cursor, and others—to speed up workflows, gather insights, and support ideation and writing.
- ** A structured mindset** with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- ** Strong collaboration skills**, working effectively with PMs, developers, and stakeholders.
- ** Self-motivated and proactive**with excellent time management skills.
