We are looking for a **Senior Workplace Experience & Community Specialist (all genders)** to join the **Workplace Team **on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Meet the team**:
Our Workplace Team provides Central Heroes with outstanding hospitality, help us to optimize operations across campuses and engage our international community in various inclusive events.

**Your mission**:

- You will plan, execute and supervise educational, professional and leisure events & workplace activations based on Heroes’ needs
- You will be the owner of our annual event calendar and will be running diverse inclusive events activating different workplaces in our Hero Campus
- From small workplace activations to annual all company events - you will be responsible for the event end-to-end execution, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and partners
- You will be the main POC for any Heroes’ requests, complaints, suggestions and concerns, finding business-focused solutions for them, especially when it comes to internal events and team requests
- Ensure all Central Heroes are informed about Workplace updates, news and events, and you will be drafting various written and visual communications for our internal platforms
- You will be working together with the Workplace Experience Team in the Welcome Area of our office being the face of the company - welcoming new joiners and guests, helping them to navigate our workplace, supporting their onboarding and office tours
- You will be working with the workplace events budget, analyzing monthly spending and will be responsible for vendor onboarding & invoicing

**The heroic skills**:

- 4-6 years of work experience in a similar role
- Exceptional project management & event management skills
- Ability to work independently on projects and deliver results, yet work closely with different stakeholders and act as a team
- Fluent written and verbal English skills
- Empathetic & creative mindset

**Nice to have**:

- Verbal and/or written German is a plus
