A challenging task
Monitoring of the supply chain from order to delivery in compliance with legal requirements (EU GMP guidelines, pharmaceutical law, etc.)
Tracking of customer forecasts
Mapping of the supply chain in the ERP system Navision, including article creation, order and purchase order creation and invoice postings
Ordering customs clearance for shipments from third countries
Preparation of the release process according to -- 25, 26 AMWHV
Ordering of GDP-compliant transports
Processing of complaints
Change control

A convincing background
Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. wholesale and foreign trade, industry or comparable training
Relevant professional experience in order processing, in a pharmaceutical environment would be an advantage
Working style is characterized by service-oriented thinking, structured work and good time management
Positive mindset and interest in complex tasks
High level of resilience, proactivity as well as willingness for continuous further development
Confident handling of EPR systems, MS Office
Fluency in German - level at least C1.1 - and very good English skills
