**Commercial Assistant (M/F/d)** full-time - **Braunschweig**
- We're looking for an organizational talent with vision - help us ensure smooth operations in international trade_
**Your tasks**:
- Data Management & Process Security
- _Maintain and update customer and product master data in the system_
- _Review and approve orders (including freight costs, VAT ID, credit limits, payment terms) for Germany, Europe, and third countries_
- Documentation & Archiving
- _Create clear and structured process documentation_
- _Digitally and physically archive contracts and business documents_
- Export & Customs Handling
- _Process export orders, including customs declarations and shipping documentation_
- _Support import procedures and customs handling for purchase orders_
- Regulatory Reporting & Product Compliance
- _Prepare legally required reports, e.g. WEEE, packaging or battery regulations_
- _Monitor compliance with product-related regulations and legal requirements (Product Compliance)_
- Project Work & Process Improvement
- _Actively contribute to projects and help optimize internal workflows_
- _Support the implementation of new processes and systems_
**What you should bring**:
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as a management assistant in wholesale and foreign trade, industrial clerk, or office management assistant
- Initial professional experience in a commercial environment - ideally with import/export relevance
- A structured and organized working style - you keep a clear overview even in complex processes
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills (minimum B2 level)
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with customs clearance systems (e.g. ATLAS) is a plus
