**Sales Assistant (M/F/d)**full-time - **Braunschweig**
- Do you have a talent for organization, communication, and customer service—and feel at home in a sales environment? Then we’re looking for you_

**Your tasks**:

- Administrative support for the sales team
- _You ensure smooth operations and keep an eye on all the details so the sales team can focus on selling_
- Communication in the B2B channel
- Data analysis & report creation
- _You analyze figures, create presentations, and provide the team with meaningful reports_
- Customer care with heart & mind
- _You manage a small, dedicated customer base, develop tailored solutions, and build long-term partnerships_
- _You actively present our products and deliver training sessions on our portfolio_
- Structure & organization
- _You maintain order in documentation and ensure a well-organized filing system_

**What you should bring**:

- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in sales or customer service is desirable
- You communicate confidently, professionally, and with a friendly attitude
- You work independently and in a structured way, with a keen eye for detail
- You’re curious, eager to learn, and enjoy developing your skills
- You take initiative, contribute actively, and are ready to take responsibility
- You manage your time well and stay focused even when handling multiple tasks
- You bring a basic technical understanding—especially in the IT environment
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
- Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
