- We are a team of multi-disciplinary and international professionals that offers a unique combination of strategic transformation capabilities and project management expertise. We are supporting the Bank on its journey towards the Bank of tomorrow and we are doing it by facilitating the execution of key group-wide transformational projects. We are part of the CEO Office in HypoVereinsbank as well as we relate to the Group Transformation Office at the Holding level, and as such, we have a truly international touch. Our team contributes to some of the most strategic topics relevant to the bank and we are committed to serving our colleagues in the best way by building a relationship based on common trust. - Supporting the Bank in designing, planning and executing Transformation initiatives, leveraging change management methodologies and tools, is your main goal.
- Executing effective project meetings and follow-up on the implementation of decisions taken is part of your daily business.
- You function as a facilitator of cross-countries cooperation to support the implementation of strategic projects.
- You interact with senior management from different countries/ corporate functions (e.g., Business, Digital, Finance, Compliance).
- You cooperate with a multi-disciplinary team in the international environment.

**What we expect from you**:

- You have an above-average university degree, ideally with a specialization in business, economics or engineering.
- You are known for your analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- You have a positive can-do approach and can bring in relevant practical experience.
- You enjoy cooperating with others in a diverse international setting.
- You are proactive and ready to take responsibility.
- Good communication is one of your strengths.
- You are fluent in written and spoken German & English.
