Für unsere Abteilung Real Estate Transactions suchen wir eine/n Praktikant/in für 6 Monate:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung bei der Prüfung geeigneter Investitionsobjekte
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Cash-Flow Analysen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von internen und externen Vorlagen für Entscheidungsgremien
- Durchführung von Markt-, Standort
- & Objektanalysen
- Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit der Verwahrstelle, Immobilienbewertern und Investoren
- Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Fonds
- und Asset Management & Development
- Kommunikation mit Kunden, Dienstleistern, Liegenschaftseigentümern und Maklergesellschaften
- Übernahme genereller administrativer Aufgaben

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Laufendes kaufmännisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder allgemeines kaufmännisches Studium mit
Zusatzqualifikation in der Immobilienwirtschaft
- MS Office Kenntnisse insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Teamplayer
- Fähigkeit zur selbständigen Arbeit
