**Sen. Expert Digital Platforms & Experience (M/F/d)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- In coordination with the departments and the countries, you will develop the different process requirements, evaluate the platform-technical implementation of the requirements and define the associated user stories
- Preparation of cost estimates of the required resources, if necessary, with external service providers, and coordination with the responsible stakeholders
- Independent planning and control of the agile platform projects as well as the acceptance of the implemented user stories. (Plan Build, Test, Deploy)
- Funnel and Backlog -Management
- In cooperation with key users and service providers, you document processes and interfaces (between the different platforms and systems)

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Degree in computer science or alternative academic or professional training, preferably with a technical, media or economic orientation
- Good methodological knowledge (agile working methods, lean and change management)
- Several years of experience in the management of traditional and agile platform projects, e.g., as a product owner
- Experience in process analysis and related documentation
- Strong communication skills, especially the ability to convey complex issues in a simple way
- Very good language knowledge in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to make occasional business trips (including abroad)
