The job
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. The role is responsible for driving people-related strategies, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into HR initiatives.
• Provide advice and guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback cycles.
• Drive employee engagement, culture development, and change management initiatives.
• Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in compliance with employment law.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Support learning & development initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capabilities.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal HR policies.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in advising and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and data-driven HR decision-making.
