To augment our People & Culture team in **Stuttgart **or **Berlin **we are looking for a **People Operations Specialist (f/m/x) **who will play a key role in people-related administrative and operational matters, providing a great cooperative employee lifecycle. **In this role you will **- Become a strategic driver in developing and implementing state-of-the-art HR policies and concepts (e.g. benefits, hybrid working models, New Normal) throughout the organization - Contribute in developing a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives - Prepare, update and improve guidelines, presentations, and knowledge databases for HR related processes - Manage administrative aspects of our on - and offboarding processes - Support our monthly payroll preparation and coordinate with external HR Payroll Provider about changes - Initiate and contribute to projects that inspire our MB.ioneers to excel in a collaborative and empowering workplace **Qualifikationen**: **To succeed you need - Proven experience in Human Resources or people administration (> 2 years) preferably in an international environment - Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process - In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices - Proactive personality that just loves to get things done - Enjoy working detail-oriented and taking over responsibility - Strong ability to learn and adapt in a remote and physical setup - Hands-on and cooperative mind - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English **There will be big smiles if you **- Have a friendly nature and know how to be enthusiastic with people of your team - Have operative working experience in a similar environment (fast-growing subsidiary within a corporate) **Zusätzliche Informationen**: **You will be happy with - No top-down hierarchy.
