- Excellent English skills (verbally and written)

**YOUR MISSION**:
- Assist the Project Management Team in the day-to-day management of global BU campaign creative plans, including timelines, workflows, resource management, and communication for Business Teamsport (Football).
- Support the primary contact with the Business Unit, PUMA Creative Services team, external agency partners, and key internal/external project stakeholders.
- Assist in providing regular updates to Creative Project Management leadership to ensure projects are on track.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of key planning documents, meetings, deliverable documents and presentations.
- Assist in managing the creative project workflows of assigned projects including project reporting.
- Coordinate the creative KPI feedback loop for all major campaigns with global and regional counterparts.
- Quality control of Marketing Campaign Guidelines for final global distribution to markets.
- Support the production team with product & sample preparations for photo and video shoots
