**Head Member (m/w/d) - Spätzle-Stand auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt Köln (Neumarkt)**

**Standort**: Köln, Neumarkt
**Zeitraum**: ab sofort bis Ende Dezember

Wir suchen eine **engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit** als **Head Member (m/w/d)** zur Verstärkung unseres Teams auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt in Köln. In dieser Position übernimmst du die **Leitung unseres Spätzle-Stands** und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft - von der Teamkoordination bis zur Produktqualität.

Du bist **hands-on**, hast **Gastro-Erfahrung**, arbeitest auch unter **Druck strukturiert und ruhig**, und behältst den Überblick - dann bist du hier genau richtig

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Eigenständige Leitung und Organisation des Spätzle-Stands
- Motivation und Koordination des Teams vor Ort
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Hygiene und effizientem Ablauf
- Kassenverantwortung, Tagesabrechnung und Inventur
- Kommunikation mit Veranstaltern und dem Backoffice
- Mitverantwortung für Aufbau, Ordnung und Nachbestellungen

**Dein Profil**:

- Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder im Eventbereich
- Handwerkliches Geschick und keine Scheu, mit anzupacken
- Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent - auch in stressigen Phasen
- Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Freundliches Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Zuverlässigkeit, Ehrlichkeit und Engagement
