Aktuell ist Ortivity bereits Marktführer, aber gemeinsam wollen weiter als Gruppe wachsen und den nächsten Schritt gehen, um die Patientenversorgung von Anfang bis Ende abzubilden.

Dafür suchen wir dich als **Right Hand to the COO (m/w/d)**. Unser COO Yannick ist ein Ex-McKinsey-Consultant und Orthopädie und sucht einen Sparringspartner um das organische Wachstum der Gruppe auf das nächste Level zu heben.

**Deine Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Sparringspartner zur Ausarbeitung, Tracking und Implementierung von Initiativen des organischen Wachstums
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem C-Level, dem Board und den Investoren
- Selbstständige Leitung von Initiativen
- Datenanalyse und Kennzahlenmanagement
- Identifizierung von Trends und Mustern in den Daten, um Upsides zu identifizieren.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projektmanagementstandards und -prozessen

**Dein Profil**:

- Hochschul-Abschluss im Bereich Wirtschaft, Gesundheitsmanagement, Medizin oder einem verwandten Bereich (Master
- oder MBA-Abschluss von Vorteil)
- Vorerfahrung in Strategieberatung oder Unternehmensberatung
- Optional: Kenntnisse in Startup
- oder Private Equity Umfeld
- Optional: Erfahrungen im Gesundheitssektor
- Ausgezeichnete Führungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu lösen
- Bereitschaft Neues zu lernen und gemeinsam mit der Firma den nächsten Schritt zu gehen
