**HR Specialist Europe (f/m/d) - 20 hours/week - temporary till Dec 2025 1**

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- As HR Specialist you will support the HR Business Partner in HR operations in retail across Europe. You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing employment contracts, contractual amendments and references amongst other HR related documents. You will be responsible for onboarding correspondence with new employees and collecting the relevant details for the payroll department to ensure a smooth payroll process. Your responsibilities will also include processing employee data and changes in our HROne system and maintaining digital employee files. You will handle queries from employees regarding onboarding documents and questions concerning the employment contract.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

- First professional experience in the field of HR
- Basic knowledge of employment legislation in Germany (Europe would be a plus)
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Well-structured way of working with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, work independently and adhere to deadlines
- Handling information with discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional manner
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally first experience with SAP Success Factors
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- You are available for 20 hours per week, ideally split over 4-5 days
