Sales and Logistics Coordinator

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Provide logístical support to the Regional Sales Manager, undertaking tasks as assigned.
- Look after existing customers and research their activities in the market.
- Initiate searches for new customers and sales opportunities in new markets.
- Follow up and develop new projects and customers for the distribution of our products and services.
- Creation of calculations or our technical and commercial offers.
- Presentation of our products and negotiations with customers and prepare and draft contracts for their completion.
- Follow-up of orders, handling of customer concerns.
- Regular customer visits within with focus on Europe and to some extent overseas
- Attending product training courses at trade fairs to represent our company there.
- Carrying out registrations of our products with end customers.
- Controlling & Co-Ordinating the shipment of sales orders to clients, including certification & documentation packages.
**QUALIFICATION**
- Completed education in commercial, technical or comparable field / universal degree (essential)
**EXPERIENCE**
- Work experience in selling products and services, preferably in the Energy sector (essential)
**SKILLS, TRAINING AND SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE**
- Travel activities carried out in Germany and preferably other European countries as well (essential)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook (essential)
- Fluent and negotiable knowledge of the German and English languages (essential)
- Direct contact with customers and business partners (desirable)
- Analytical skills for needs assessment and basic commercial and technical understanding (desirable)
- Organization and documentation of market analysis and visits, planning and preparation of reports (desirable)
- Independent tracking of projects and business contacts (desirable)
