**Your Responsibilities**:

- Optimisation & participation in the series launch of new products
- Optimisation of existing and creation of new production workflows (machines, processes, material)
- Establishment of production controlling (target/actual times, use of resources, use of employees, etc.)
- Providing ideas and involvement in reducing production times (partial/automation)
- Changeover from EOL conception to production-accompanying quality inspection
- Responsible for the introduction and training of continuous improvement processes (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Conducting theoretical and practical training for lean working methods
- Manufacturing related support of ERP system implementation & maintenance

**Requirements**:

- Successfully completed studies in the field of (industrial) engineering
- At least five years of professional experience
- SixSigma Black Belt required
- Very good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage
- Experienced handling of MS-Office
- Structured way of working and team player mentality

**Beneficial**:

- Knowledge of factory planning software
