**Then come and join our global team as**a Working Student (f/m/d) to support the IT Process Mining colleagues in realizing the Process Mining service.**

**Choose the best place for your work**- Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You support the Process Mining team in general operational tasks and service realization
- You will help us to create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to support service quality and consistency
- You will prepare materials for internal and external meetings and workshops
- You will participate in meetings with business stakeholders and help document outcomes and follow-ups
- You will assist in the administration and support of Process Mining tools

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You are currently studying in any field, ideally in the field of Process Mining, business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, business informatics, information systems or a comparable course
- You are at least for 6 months available
- You are proficient in using common office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams etc.)
- You have a strong interest in Process Mining and IT service management

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You have very good written and spoken English skills. German is a bonus
- You are a team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues
- You are curious about new tools and technologies and enjoy supporting others
- You have a confident and communicative demeanor, strong organizational skills, and reliability
- You bring analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
