We're on a mission to grow Rewire's business by leaps and bounds, and we're looking for a **Principal**to help us reach our goals. You'll have the incredible opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of large-scale data and AI programs, build deep client partnerships, and ensure impactful results for our valued clients. Your role is going to be amazing You'll get to drive the day-to-day execution of transformation projects, while also deepening your own expertise and contributing to Rewire's thought leadership in the industry.

**Where you’ll make a difference**:

- ** Take end-to-end ownership** of large-scale data & AI programs - including strategic advisory, roadmap development, and implementation oversight across multiple workstreams or clients
- ** Shape and steer** high-impact client engagements - connecting the C-suite with innovative data & AI solutions that drive measurable business transformation
- ** Guide and inspire** teams of Engagement Managers, Project Leaders, Data Scientists, and Engineers - ensuring excellence in delivery, collaboration, and talent development
- ** Act** as a strategic advisor to our clients - build deep partnerships, offer trusted guidance on key decisions, and challenge thinking at the highest levels
- ** Drive** business development and growth - identify new opportunities, lead proposals and pitches, and help expand our client base and service offerings
- ** Advance** our thought leadership and data & AI capabilities - represent Rewire at conferences, contribute to publications, and develop new methodologies and IP

- ** 8+ years of relevant experience** in consulting, strategy, or data/AI-driven environments - with a proven track record of leading complex transformations and executive-level stakeholder engagement
- ** Proven ability to lead** diverse teams **and steer** multiple engagements simultaneously - with strong delivery, people, and relationship leadership skills
- ** Strategic and analytical sharpness** - you see the big picture, navigate complexity, and connect technology with business value
- ** Strong business development acumen** - including client origination, proposal leadership, and commercial shaping
- ** Experience in building client relationships** at the executive level - acting as a trusted partner who drives value beyond the project
- ** A strong academic track record** (STEM field preferred), and **fluency** in both** English and German** (written and spoken)
