**Front Office Agent (M/F/d)**

As a boutique hotel with 94 beautiful rooms admit the Hamburg Speicherstadt, we make sure to work as one big team that supports each other to reach one common goal: giving heartfelt service that our guests have a magical experience.

**What to look forward to**
- You will become a member of the Sir Nikolai Front Office Team
- As a host, you warmly welcome our guests
- You carry out the check-in/check-out of our guests
- You service the switchboard and accept reservation requests
- You give our guests insider tips for Hamburg and the surrounding area
- You ensure an active flow of communication between all departments of the hotel
- Cross Trainings and supporting other Sir Hotels in Europe possible
- No uniform - as long as you are tidy and genuine (business casual)

**What you bring**
- You have completed a vocational training in the hotel industry and ideally have initial professional experience at the front office
- You have the highest standards of quality and service, work independently and are a host from the bottom of your heart
- As a team player, you are reliable and flexible
- You have good German & English speaking & writing skills
- You have a hands-on mentality and love new challenges
