Based on our mission of "impactful, agile auditing that really matters", GAudit provides independent and objective assurance and advisory services to all types of clients, including Munich Re's Board of Management and other senior leaders of business and corporate functions within the Group. **Your Job** - ** Provide impactful insights** in the critical areas of Business Technology and Information Security that shape Munich Re's future - ** Lead and participate in IT and Information Security audits**, bringing fresh perspectives to the organization - ** Conduct comprehensive fieldwork**, including interviews, document reviews, and in-depth testing procedures - ** Analyze audit findings** and prepare detailed reports that influence key decision makers, summarizing key observations, recommendations and corrective actions - ** Partner with senior stakeholders** across the business, providing expert advice and fostering collaboration as the IT expert in the global audit community - Play a central role in the **risk-driven audit planning process** and help shape the future of our audit universe - ** Collaborate with IT leadership** and staff to address audit findings and implement corrective actions - Stay at the cutting edge of **industry best practices, regulations, and emerging technologies** to ensure a future-proof audit process - Be an active member of the **global audit community**, including the Group-wide Center of Competence for IT Audit - ** Actively engage with our global IT audit partner**s, which includes travelling **Your Profile** - Expertise in **IT systems development, networks and security controls**, and regulatory frameworks such as **VAIT **and **DORA**: - ** Cloud and cybersecurity experience** is essential to keep pace with rapidly evolving technologies - Degree in **Computer Science, Information Systems**, or related field. **CISA certification** is a plus, and experience in a global audit environment is highly valued - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to **lead, influence, and resolve conflict** at all levels - A strategic thinker with strong **analytical, organizational, and project management** skills - A proactive learner with the ability to **adapt quickly** to new topics and challenges in an ever-changing environment - Fluent in **English **(excellent level) and **German **(at least B2 level) **Application Instructions** **About us** As the world's leading reinsurance company with more than 11,000 employees at over 50 locations, Munich Re introduces a paradigm shift in the way you think about insurance.
