Working Student: Data Management

**Data is everything**: You maintain documents and related metadata in the document management system
- **Teamwork is dreamwork**: You work with the team on daily tasks and activities related to Data Management and PPAP
- **Organizational talent**: You support the internal Knowledge Management
- **Holistic overview**: You understand Quality Data Management Requirements
- **Stakeholder management**: You keep close communication with the team members and PPAP stakeholders
- **Being strong together**: You support the PPAP Process Owner Office governing the respective process and related tooling
- **Study field**: You are currently studying Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics or a related field with a technical focus
- **Experience**: You ideally possess basic knowledge about Quality Management and how to handle data
- **Way of working**: You show a reliable, precise, self-organized and structured style of working
- **Personality**: You are a team player but also enjoy working independently
- **Language skills**: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
Important information:
- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
In our headquarters in Neubiberg near Munich, more than 6000 employees are working in research & development, several central functions, IT and many more.
