Job DescriptionAbout usIONITY is a joint venture of the car manufacturers BMW Group, Ford Motor Company, Hyundai Motor Group, Kia, Mercedes-Benz AG and Volkswagen Group with Audi and Porsche, along with BlackRocks Climate Infrastructure Platform as financial investor.Your missionAs a Working Student in Data Protection, you will support our Data Protection Officer and contribute to ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws across the organisation. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a highly relevant field while working closely with cross-functional teams.Your key responsibilities include:Supporting the Data Protection Officer in daily operational data protection mattersEvaluating and implementing GDPR requirements and other applicable regulationsAssisting in the supervision and administration of our data protection management systemConducting research on data protection–related topicsProviding administrative support in data protection projectsYour profileEnrolled student (f/m/x) in information law, IT law, law or a similar degree programmeBasic academic knowledge in data protection law, practical experience would be an advantageVery good Microsoft Office skills - especially Word, Excel & PowerPointInitial experience in the field of project management tools (e.g. JIRA) would be an advantageReliable, structured and independent way of workingGood communication and team skillsVery good knowledge of German and English, both written and spokenAt least 6 month availability, part time 20h/week
