Technical Supervisor (m/w/d)

im Bereich Lithium-Ion Cell Production

Deine Aufgaben
- Absicherung und stetige Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Technologien im Gesamtbereich Lithium-Ion Cell Production
- Nachverfolgung und Bewertung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Mitwirkung bei der Inbetriebnahme von komplexen automatisierten Fertigungsanlagen beim Lieferanten und am Standort
- Analyse bestehender Fertigungs
- und Assemblierungsprozesse und Herleitung bzw. Mitentwicklung von geeigneten Optimierungsansätzen im Sinne der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Erstellung von Kennzahlen, Arbeitsplänen, Berichten und Auswertungen für das Shopfloor Management

Das bringst Du mit
- Industriemeister, Maschinenbautechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Batterietechnik von Vorteil
- Solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Idealerweise Erfahrung bei der Herstellung von Bauteilen für die Automobilindustrie
- Strukturiertes Arbeiten, logisches Denken und Offenheit für Neues im Sinne der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Flexibilität und proaktive Grundhaltung sowie Affinität im Umgang mit digitalen Medien
