**Responsibilities**
- Drive regional adoption of a digital marketplace by recruiting partners, managing onboarding processes, and overseeing system integration—from initial requirements to successful launch
- Continuously enhance platform features and user experience to improve buyer journeys and increase conversion rates across direct and channel sales ecosystems
- Coordinate daily ecommerce operations, including product updates, content localization, and site maintenance across multiple regions
- Prepare product listings, promotional campaigns, and validate checkout flows to ensure accuracy and a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Program Managers, Developers, Sales) and external partners to ensure timely and consistent updates
- Monitor and track issues, follow up with relevant teams, and document progress to support on-time delivery of ecommerce initiatives
- Support data collection and reporting efforts to analyze sales performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness

**Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in ecommerce operations, digital marketing, or online content management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English and one additional European language (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish) to collaborate with global teams and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- A team player who thrives in a matrix organization, while also being self-driven and capable of working independently
- Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, project tracking software)
