- Support of the operation and continuous optimization of planning and reporting standard solutions deployed to local and international operating units
- Ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines to guarantee data integrity and consistency
- Receipt and coordination of user requests
- Responsibility for the team-internal documentation of system
- and process-changes
- Testing and documenting the results of new functions and implementing change requests or system upgrades
- Conducting training courses and providing manuals for users

- Degree in business administration or comparable field of study
- professional experience in finance and controlling, shared service organization or information technology
- ideally experience in master data maintenance in a data steward role
- technical affinity for reporting systems and tools, preferably SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Analysis for Office (AfO)
- process-oriented, team-oriented and structured working style to promote effective collaboration across business units and functions
- very good command of English
