Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir an unserem Standort **München**in Vollzeit einen **Client Services Director (all genders)**für die Serviceplan Make.
In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Leitung unseres Account-Managements - mit Verantwortung für alle Kundenbeziehungen. Gemeinsam mit Geschäftsführung, Strategie, Kreation und Tech gestaltest du die Zukunft unserer Kundenarbeit.

**Was Dich bei uns erwartet**:

- Führung und Entwicklung der gesamten Kundenberatung (Account Management und Projektleitung)
- Strategische Verantwortung für alle Kundenbeziehungen - inkl. Business-Development, Upselling und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Enge Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Key Accounts
- Sicherstellung effizienter und skalierbarer Prozesse - in agilen Projektstrukturen (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
- Steuerung und Priorisierung der Kundenprojekte auf Portfolioebene (Ressourcen, Budgets, Kapazitäten)
- Sparringspartner:in für interne Fachbereiche - insbesondere bei komplexen oder technisch anspruchsvollen Projekten
- Reporting, Forecasting und Zielplanung gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung

**Was wir von Dir erwarten**:

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Beratungsteams in Agenturen oder digitalen Dienstleistungsunternehmen
- Erfahrung mit komplexen Kundenstrukturen und langfristigen Key-Account-Beziehungen
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Kommunikation, Teamführung, Organisationsdesign und Kundenstrategie
- Tiefes Verständnis für digitale Produktion, Plattformentwicklung und technologische Abläufe
- Routiniert im Umgang mit agilen Methoden und interdisziplinären Teams
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, souveränes Auftreten auf C-Level
