Tasks

The copywriters and businesses we serve at TextCortex are more than just users and customers. We learned that education from the very first interaction is core to a healthy user relationship and organic growth.

You will be a true ambassador consistently driving engagement with the brand by following trends and creating educational content in video format for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts.

You are deeply connected to what is happening within your community and are passionate about connecting the dots between people, technology, and events in alignment with the TextCortex brand.

We are looking for a passionate Video Engagement Creator for our TikTok, Instagram and Youtube presence.

If you are enthusiastic individual interested into social media and technology, we would like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on feedback from viewer comments
- Coordinate with Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
- Stay up-to-date with viral trends
- Help marketing growth by distributing content to relevant marketing channels

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail and ability to engage with customers
