**YOUR TASKS**- You will design and implement a forward-thinking logistics and transport strategy for wind energy projects, setting new standards in a rapidly growing market-
- As a strong and inspiring leader, you will shape a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration within your team-
- You will oversee all logistics operations - from strategic route planning and permitting to coordination with internal and external stakeholders-
- Your technical expertise in heavy transport will be key - especially in handling large components such as blades, nacelles, and towers-
- You will work closely with project management, engineering, and procurement to ensure seamless, efficient, and safe execution-
- Proactively identifying risks and ensuring compliance with legal and environmental regulations will be part of your daily routine-
- You will manage the logistics budget, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and innovation without compromising on quality or safety**YOUR PROFIL**- You hold a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a comparable field-
- Solid professional background in logistics, preferably with proven leadership experience-
- Your background includes expertise in transporting large-scale components - ideally within the renewable energy or wind sector-
- You are well-versed in international transport regulations and the specific requirements of heavy haul logistics-
- Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a confident leadership style are among your strengths-
- You are fluent in both German and English; additional languages are a plus-
