Specialist Global Talent Marketing Emerging Talents Operations

In your new role your tasks will be:

- Operational support in the **implementation of global Employer Branding and Talent Marketing initiatives**for the **Emerging Talent target group**:

- Support in developing and executing **target group specific communication across all Talent Marketing channels**- from career website, social media, print, merchandise and paid campaigns
- **Maintenance and further development**of the **global Emerging Talent career website content**:

- Responsibility for the **global Talent Marketing merchandise portfolio**, including **internal stakeholder consulting and coordination**with external agencies**regarding updates of portfolio
- **Build a relationship with internal stakeholders**and support with consulting on **innovative Emerging Talent marketing initiatives**:

- **Work closely with external agencies**to create **target group specific communication**:

- **Monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs**to evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing marketing activities
- **Bring in market trends**, **your own ideas**to further **strengthen the attraction of Emerging Talents
You are able to quickly establish successful cooperation, clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues and regularly share your insights with them. You have a clear notion of how innovation contributes to the commercial success of the company and have the passion and the courage to develop new and creative ideas. Furthermore, you are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and award them a high priority.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Human Resources**, **Marketing**, **Media & Communication**, **Psychology**, or equivalent field
- **Initial practical experience**in **Marketing, Communications, Employer Branding**or equivalent field - e.g. through internships, working student roles or early professional experience
- Strong interest in **Employer Branding**, **Marketing**and **Communication**:

- **Proactive personality**, willing to contribute with **innovative and creative ideas**:

- **Excellent organizational skills**and a **structured working style**- **International**and **multicultural mindset**- **Fluency in German and English**, written and spoken
