**NCE>Service>Civil&Noise Engineering NCE** The WTG Engineering NCE department is responsible to support the regional Service and Construction organisations with technical knowledge to install and operate Vestas WTG onshore and offshore effectively. The department consists of four teams: Electrical, Mechanical, Blades and Civil & Performance Engineering. The Civi & Performance Engineering team is consisting of 10 experienced, motivated, and dedicated engineers located in Hamburg (GER), Husum (GER) and Stettin (POL). **Responsibilities** - Represent the noise & tonality WTG Engineering team internally and externally as first point of contact (i.e. functional lead) - Direct negotiations with customers, suppliers and representatives of other Vestas teams - Supervise analysis of noise and tonality data by colleagues - Derive platform wide technical insights and ensure continuous product improvement of the platform **Qualifications** - Min. 8 years of experience of working with noise, tonality and vibration, i.e. acoustics / NVH - Master´s degree in an Engineering discipline, i.e. a background in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, acoustic engineering or similar - Ability to communicate clearly both in English and German (verbally and in writing) - Preferably knowledge of IEC 61400-11, FGW TR 1, TA Lärm, LAI Hinweise - Knowledge of wind turbine operational behavior **Competencies** - Technical and scientific skills in root cause failure analysis and problem solving - Able to balance responsibilities and prioritize critical tasks in a forward-thinking business environment - Structured, innovative, initiative-taking, and independent working approach - Good and effective communicator with efficient customer orientation - Ability to lead peers in technical and strategical matters **What we offer** We offer an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in a friendly team in an inspiring, and international environment at the world's global leader of wind energy.
