**JOB SUMMARY**

Passion for the hotel industry and skills in event & sales?

**What you do**:

- Expanding and retaining business relationships for our hotels
- Professional, telephone and written customer service, in particular planning and preparation of events and groups, including the preparation of offers and contracts
- Invoice control in the event and group area and daily control of airlines in all hotels
- Administration of rates and availability in cooperation with Revenue and Event Sales
- Consistent implementation of Marriott and SV standards and compliance with guidelines and LSOPs

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**What you bring with you**:

- Completed training in the hotel industry and/or in the event sector as well as initial professional experience in the hotel industry
- German level C1 - competent use of the language
- English level B1-B2 - independent use of language, French an advantage
- Good PC skills in Word, Excel and OPERA are desirable (Marriott tools an advantage)
- Strong assertiveness and enjoyment of providing excellent service
