**Content Assistant (m/w/d) in Berlin oder Frankfurt/Main**

Um unser Angebot in Deutschland auszubauen, suchen wir Content Assistant für den Standort Berlin oder Frankfurt. Spezifisch suchen wir Mitarbeiter:innen, die Spaß daran haben, sich in einem internationalen und teamorientierten Umfeld zu beweisen - und die über den eigenen Tellerrand hinausschauen wollen.

**Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören**:

- Administrative und technische Betreuung von digitalen Kommunikationskanälen für unsere Kunden (CEO-Kanäle, Websites und Blogs)
- Gewährleistung hoher Qualitätsstandards im Projekt-, Kunden
- und Dokumentenmanagement
- Erstellung verschiedener Inhalte wie Blogartikel, Newsletter, Videos und Social Media Content
- Entwicklung kreativer digitaler Kommunikationsformate
- Konzeption von passenden Visual-Inhalten (in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Designteam)

**Was wir uns wünschen**:

- abgeschlossenes Studium einer geistes-, wirtschafts
- oder sozialwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung ODER z. B. ein journalistisches Volontariat oder erste berufliche Erfahrungen auf Agenturseite,
- erste Berufserfahrung, z. B. in Redaktionen, Kommunikationsabteilungen oder Agenturen sind von Vorteil
- fundiertes Wissen über die Funktionsweise von (digitalen) Medien und Social Media
- erste Erfahrungen mit CMS und Blogbetreuung
- idealerweise Erfahrungen mit SEO
- eigenverantwortliche, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches und strategisches Denken
- positive, flexible und ehrgeizige Teamplayer
- Teamplayer mit großer sozialer Kompetenz
- Fähigkeit, sich in verschiedene Zielgruppen hineinzudenken und für sie zu kommunizieren
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Mut zur eigenen Meinung und Sinn für Humor
