**(Junior) Personalreferent (m/w/d)**

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte der zentrale Ansprechpartner für alle HR-bezogenen Angelegenheiten und du verwaltest den Mitarbeiterzyklus vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
- Auch die Beratung und das Coaching von Führungskräften u.a. in Bezug auf die Mitarbeiterbindung, Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Change Management und arbeitsrechtliche Themen gehört zu deinen Aufgaben
- Zudem optimierst du Personalprozesse und begleitest aktiv Veränderungsprozesse im Unternehmen
- Du bildest den Rekrutierungsbedarf im HRIS ab und du trägst Verantwortung für die Datenkonformität
- EMEA-Initiativen werden von dir aktiv unterstützt und du setzt diese in Deutschland um. Außerdem arbeitest du aktiv in Projekten innerhalb der EMEA -Region mit

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast dein Studium oder deine Ausbildung im Bereich Personal oder einem anderen dienstleistungsorientierten Bereich wie z.B. Hotellerie, Tourismus etc. erfolgreich abgeschlossen und konntest bereits erste theoretische Kenntnisse oder erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Personalmanagement sammeln
- Zudem warst du idealerweise bereits in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld tätig und du kommunizierst sicher auf verschiedenen Ebenen in Deutsch und Englisch. Idealweise beherrscht du eine weitere Sprache
- Es fällt dir leicht, Prioritäten zu setzen und deine Zeit effizient unter Einhaltung von Fristen zu managen
- Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch eine hohe Eigenmotivation und Serviceorientierung aus und du bist ein Organisationstalent
- Im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit stehen die Menschen im Fokus und du hast stets ein offenes Ohr für die Fragen und Anliegen von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften
