**Lab Technician / Chemical Laboratory Assistant (Lab Assistant, CTA, BTA, PTA) (M/F/d)**

For our Fluids Laboratory in our Research & Development center in Wiesbaden, we are looking for a laboratory assistant with a completed vocational training/apprenticeship as a chemical laboratory assistant, chemical-technical assistant (CTA) or comparable.

**Your role**:

- Perform a variety of laboratory tasks, including organic synthesis, sample preparation, chemical analysis, and equipment maintenance
- Work with scientists to develop new silicone products and processes
- Document experimental results and maintain laboratory records
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external use
- Assist in the development of a sophisticated quality management system fitting a regulated R&D setting including documentation, maintenance plans and other related elements
- Comply with all safety and environmental regulations
- Actively participate in the development of the R&D center to be fit for future challenges

**Your profil**:

- completed vocational training/apprenticeship as a chemical laboratory assistant, chemical-technical assistant (CTA) or comparable
- 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting
- Strong knowledge of silicone chemistry and/or organic chemistry
- Experience with analytical instrumentation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in German and English
