**Your mission**:

- Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of the Portal and the marketplace, incl. integrated services
- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology
- Defines and executes go-to-market plan, working to ensure that marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful. (e.g. input for product descriptions, videos, etc.)
- Creates epics, breaks them down to user stories and takes care of prioritizing the backlog within the agile development process (SCRUM)
- Leads the cross functional product team including UI/UX experts, Architects, DevSecOps Engineers and Fullstack-Developers
- Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment
- Continuously questions existing knowledge and provides new impulses to the team
- Understands and constantly optimizes the business value of the portal for the whole company
- Ensures proper integration of all services into the portal and marketplace

**Your profile**:

- Master’s degree and 4 years of IT product or project development experience
- Proven track record of delivering portals and marketplaces with a customer-first mindset
- Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development facilitated by agile principles
- Experience in successfully driving end-to-end delivery of customer facing SaaS solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, integrations, authentication, etc.
