Team Lead

**Your mission**:

- ** Lead daily operations** of our fraud management team, including case triage, transaction monitoring, and payout approvals across multiple regions and time zones.
- ** Coach and develop** a growing team of fraud managers to identify sophisticated threats such as bot activity, geo-spoofing, device risks, and account takeovers (ATO).
- ** Design and refine fraud processes**, from rule-tuning and investigation workflows to automated remediation and risk-based decisions.
- ** Partner cross-functionally** with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Support to embed fraud control in the product lifecycle and align risk policies with business priorities.
- ** Own and evolve fraud tech stack**, including SIEM platforms, device-fingerprinting, and machine-learning driven scoring systems; evaluate next-gen tooling (e.g., graph analytics, risk orchestration layers).
- ** Report and analyze performance**, including SLA adherence, loss prevention metrics, false positives, and team productivity; deliver insights to executive leadership.
- ** Ensure compliance** with key regulatory standards (AML, PSD2 SCA, PCI DSS), and manage audits and reporting to risk and audit committees.

**Your profile**:

- Proven experience in fraud management, risk operations, or investigations, ideally in a high-scale tech, fintech, or gaming environment.
- Leadership experience managing small to mid-sized operational teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in fraud detection strategies, rule-tuning, and working with ML/AI-driven solutions.
- Solid understanding of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., AML/KYC, SCA, PCI DSS) and experience working with legal and compliance teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across departments and leadership levels.
- Proactive problem-solver with a bias for action and a passion for operational efficiency and automation.
