By joining Infineon as an IT Network Professional, you’ll operate a high-quality IT Network system and services and its affiliates. In that role, you’ll oversee implementation and continuously improve and operate Infineon’s network services. You’ll collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure reliable and high-performing service delivery.

In your new role you will:

- **Provide technical support **to provision, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and **configuration issue on network infrastructure **for LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC and Firewalls
- Day to day operation tasks such as **resolve incident tickets **and **change requests **(including oncall support)
- **Participates in projects and new setups **like site expansion Projects
- define and provision network design active & passive network infrastructure
- Working in a **team with local experts **and **interact with global members**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree **in Information Technology or Network Technology or **vocational training **with equivalent working experience
- **Several years **of work experience preferred
- Knowledge of **Network and IT Standards, concepts & technology**:

- **CCNA or CCNP Certification **will be add advantage
- Very good communication in **German **and good communication skills in **English**
