Packaging Designer

**What you’ll do**:
As a
** Packaging Designer (f/m/d) **at nu3, you're responsible for:

- Develop creative and packaging concepts that reflect the brand's values, target audience and product attributes.
- Design packaging for various products, considering functionality, aesthetics and sustainability.
- Collaborate with product development team to develop a sustainable packaging portfolio for our products.
- Create mock-ups and prototypes of packaging designs for presentation and testing purposes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials and production techniques to ensure designs are cutting-edge and cost-effective.
- Ensure that packaging designs comply with legal and regulatory guidelines, including labelling and safety requirements.
- Work closely with external suppliers and manufacturers to ensure accurate production of packaging designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining design quality.
- Taking full ownership every step of your projects. From understanding briefings, ideas and concepts, brainstorming, pitching ideas, creating mock-ups, taking feedback and iterations, final design output to presentations.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design or a related field.
- Proven experience 3+ years in packaging design, in FMCG or health industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout and composition principles.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Knowledge of printing processes, materials and production techniques.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design and vision.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of packaging design projects.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and ability to incorporate eco-friendly elements into packaging designs is a plus.
